Thanks for the heads up. I might have downloaded this for the characters alone but with my limited HDD space, this one might be first on my deleted games. I might not download this anymore.
This game is very small so I have to wonder just how small your HDD is or just how much stuff you have on it o.o The game's kinda fun if you can get past the annoying way to unlock characters and broken AI. It's best when played with friends or in short bursts in 6 v 6 arenas, the "campaign" is terrible though. It's also been bugging me that I could've sworn I've seen some of these characters somewhere before...
The AI isn't broken, it just know what to do unlike most of the players. It is pretty easy to destroy a character with the counter class and actually was meant to. The AI knows this and will try to engage you with a class that either counters your or at least on equal ground. The team mates doing the same, but you can command them instead of letting them loose (the team that has no player in is using these commands thus they're helping each other or focusing on targets). Characters like First (the male that can switch between rifle and dual sabers) or Rin AX (the bomber girl with a lot of weapons equipped) are more versatile than the others. They have hard time countering but not really losing ground either. They are notably weak against more than one target as they can't rely on their abilities though.
How to deal with the whole save issue problem? Also guys if you play it for a bit it's not actually that hard, change difficulty to easy and slowly work your way up. Yeah you will need to carry your team regardless of difficulty but it's not that hard once you get used to the mechanics. The AI is ridiculously unbalanced, and you keep losing your save data, meaning you lose points so, you lose all unlocked stuff, gonna have to CE it at this rate, don't wanna though so if someone knows how to fix this, would be a help. It has a loooooot of potential though, shame it's so unfinished.
The actual combat is pretty easy and rather fun once you figure out the controls, especially chanining melee attacks in between shots and each character's special fire + melee move.. My biggest gripe was with the unbalanced, borderline unfair AI that ruins the experience at times. As for your savefile issue, I don't know if it CAN save. I never did exit out of the game when I took breaks so I didn't really notice any saving issues, but I also didn't see any save option or autosave indicator anywhere.
Yeah after playing it for around a hour n a half it's really not that difficult once you've grasped the controls properly, which aren't that many lol. It also depends on what character you use too, I use R-D mainly, I can stand still and rip the AI apart, at least five times before I die depending on the map lmao Yeah I worked out what it was, it does save, the points you get after each battle, every 1000 you unlock a new character. I'd say go through "normal mode" on easy, unlock the guardian, then do free battles on whatever difficulty. If you add a healer in the mix, you should be good. The AI needs work most definitely, it wouldn't be so bad if your teammates worked as hard as the enemy 🤣🤷🏾♂️ The male characters are all but useless whenever I team with them. Gotta carry them like crazy 🤦🏾♂️ Plus it kind of helps that if you draw in normal mode it counts as your win. (If you want EVERY character quickly, use cheat engine since the save function is hit and miss, wouldn't use it if it wasn't for that though since it's not hard to farm points.)
This is probably one of the better arena-style third-person shooter/fighting games I've played since Cosmic League, it's only a shame that it's so, so bad... The game has zero story, doesn't explain a thing and basically throws you into either story mode's 2 v 2/ 3 v 3 fights or free battle's 1 v 1 - 6 v 6 fights, you're left to figure out everything on your own and the first couple fights can be rather infuriating. That said, I'm okay with games like this because the basic controls are not hard to figure out. Unfortunately, where the game fails miserably is in the singleplayer AI gameplay. When playing with others (P2P connecting to friends as it currently does not have online servers active due to the beta being already over) then the game is a lot of fun, but if you lack friends that play it and want to play alone then it's simply msierable. The AI knows exactly how to counter EVERY SINGLE character you choose and it WILL tunnel you down exclusively, while your AI teammates will not bother to help you out. I had to put it down after a day because of this glaring flaw, even on easy it's near impossible to win as your team will just get destroyed, yourself included. The battles are also extremely short, making it hard to get too involved. But hey, max out the clothing strip mechanic and this game has zero need for an adult patch. Personally, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone in its current state and I'd say just wait for future updates. Regardless, thanks for the upload!
I did say "wait for future updates". The game is in early access at the moment so there's a chance it'll be updated and improved upon as time goes by. In its current state, though, I didn't enjoy playing it all that much. Others' opinions might differ, though.
If you set the clothing slider to the max then everything is revealed when you take damage, down to the hairs and lines in her crotch XD so yeah if that what you want then there's your method XD no patch needed lol
As the characters take damage, their clothes get more visibly damaged and torn. When your HP drops really low, your character's essentially naked wearing just shoes/boots, gloves (sometimes) and a tiny piece of cloth covering the intimate bits of the crotch. Yes, this means that you can see anatomically-correct breasts with detailed parts. (Well, as anatomically-correct you can get in an anime-styled game). Each characters' outfits has multiple "stages" of tearing which are controlled by a slider in the options menu, limiting just how explicit you want to go with the aforementioned situation being the absolute highest setting. I joked about the game not needing an 18+ patch since people get to see boobs anyway, so there's no need for modders to edit textures and such to make it happen. (Looking at you, Senran Kagura and Hyperdimension Neptunia U).
it's a shame too bc the characters are really well made.
