it is in the wrong language for me i think it is russian and I can only speak english

I also have the issue where it won't create a save file. I even tried
the administration mode, it did launch the game but instantly close
after a few seconds...

didn't run for me, showed that cant save in the directory

i'm getting an error, "there was an error trying to create the OpenGL window, more specifically gfwlCreateWindow() failed"
i think the error is happening because either the open GL or GFWL, and i know my OGL is 3.1 and the game requires 2.0 +
and games for windows live isn't used on windows 10 because of the xbox app
so what it should be?
