I solved it guys. Unfortunately, you're going to feel dumb like I did. LOL. Go to settings change game controls from gamepad to keyboard+mouse or keyboard. I'm rolling my eyes writing this. hahaha

is there any issue with the control? in the settings i cant change anything, just the volume, in the game the little guy at the front of the tv is not moving... what wrong with the controlling? (up-to-date windows 10)
