I am having an issue at the start menu. It will not allow me to click "New Game" and will only let me click "Quit." Is anyone else having this problem? How do you fix this? Thanks!

I am running Windows 7 (x64) and I was able to get it to launch in "Troubleshoot Compatibility" > standard XP SP2 Mode. But it won't run properly regularly for some reason.
