You didnt move the crack file to the file where you seted up the game.

it keeps saying"Please insert disk I 1 with file 'skidrow.bin and press OK" but i really dont know what to do can somebody help me?

Do you have Daemon tool app? You should download it from the link in this wepsite. If you scroll down you would find " Instructions on how to install" in blue, click it and downlaod the Daemon tool app. You will figure out the rest by yourself.
