pessoal eu achei a solução e é simples.
1-primeiramente reinstale o jogo para que não ocorra nenhum erro
2-apos instalarem deletem o arquivo srsw_shadowrun.dll
3-baixem o arquivo que dei upload no mega pra vcs link:https://mega.nz/file/HW4CmJ4I#y7NeI5Xjhuact2ITABdOdVZNSz9IkC5dE8w4-3bTcAQ
4-extraiem os dois arquivos para a pasta do jogo e pronto
guys I found the solution and it's simple.
1-first reinstall the game so that no errors occur
2-after installing, delete the srsw_shadowrun.dll file
3-download the file I uploaded on the mega for you guys link:https://mega.nz/file/HW4CmJ4I#y7NeI5Xjhuact2ITABdOdVZNSz9IkC5dE8w4-3bTcAQ
4-extract the two files to the game folder and you're done

This for for anyone who still wants to play on 2021:

1. Follow instructions posted by Axel Rey. (To simplify: delete srsw_shadowrun.dll from Game Directory. Copy files over from Razor1911 to Game Directory. Rename srsx_shadowrun.dll copied over from Razor1911 to srsw_shadowrun.dll)
2. Run game offline with admin permission AND xp or vista compatibility.
3. The game should start with no problem so far.
4. It tells you that you need need a WindowsLive ID
5. Click "create new profile"
6. Scroll down from the list of instructions currently onscreen.
7. On the bottom should be a "Create local profile." Click on it.
8. Wait a bit and you'll be signed in.
9. Click the X on top right.
10. Click any button to start. Have fun.

i get an unable to initialize live component when i try to use this...

i can't enter the game coz ask to enter live, and when i enter... I need to update, and updating, the game asks for a key, like before its cracked

A message to all having problem with the crack, see the srsx_shadowrun.dll file in the game installation directory, rename it to something else, copy the crack files over and rename srsw_shadowrun.dll to srsx_shadowrun.dll. The game will work then.

So Shadowrun doesn't work as it asks for a serial key even after the crack has been copied over.

2 months of Googling later, and still cannot play this game because it asks for an activation key

Please give Activation code. Can't run the game without it

Downloaded and installed this game, it asks for an activation key, and after a bit of research, the "crack" that came with this game only serve to make it playable on XP. Am I missing something?
