It seems that the dev worked real hard to try not to exclude any ogre fans within the World from fully enjoying his creation! That's some amazing translation work that the dev managed to accomplish!
Oh, well. Like it's been said before "Curiosity killed the [pussy] cat." ... Poor Alice's pussy must have been completely destroyed after this experience!
I'm not sure about that but even so, it must have cost the dev a lot of effort to get the resources to arrange for the translation work and the money to cover the cost of the translation of the 102 different subtitles and interfaces involved. If it was easy to get and pay for all of that translation work then why aren't other devs doing the same instead of struggling in some cases just to get their game translated into just one or two other languages? This is considering translation quality aside, as some do strive for as much error free, natural translations of their work as possible, if machine translation is the case involved here concerning the game's subtitles and interfaces.
Also, you have to consider the audio part for each one of those other 102 languages. Even for each language if the audio was AI generated which I doubt it is but still could possibly be, though it would sound subpar compared to an actual human actor, that's a lot of time spent processing the translation of the game's dialogue or script in each one of the 102 languages and checking each of the translation results involved (Unless the checking part was skipped). It's not like it was all already made in advance (Or readily available "Off the shelf") as the the lines in the game's script (The audio part) are specific to that game. That's not to say whether the writing is good or bad.
We won't know for sure how the translations were actually handled unless the dev releases a video covering the "making of" the game or someone releases a "tell tale" article on how it was all done.
