That's not 100% true, I tested yesterday, and I agree it requires an absurd amount of RAM (like loading 12-14g into ram from SSD) to play, but I've got 64g DDR5 RAM, so I do not think ram is the limiting factor. I've got 3080, the VRAM is likely not the limiting factor either. What I've encountered is the game first tells me to choose language and yet it does not change language no matter what I selected, then the game goes into a cutscene, and the only thing it can do when I click the mouse is a pop up asking to "skip scene? "with yes or no, whilst waiting in the game also does nothing, and click "skip scene? " on yes then the game stuck and does not show main control manual. It could be that my computer lack some of the dependencies. And also, the Oculus forced an update on the PC driver 3 days ago may does something with the game as well. I first play it on VR encounter problem then try it on PC version, and the problem is the same. Try to delete the save file from "AppData\LocalLow\MIGI STUDIO\Sex Formula" also not help. I think it is more likely lack some of the dependencies or having problem with the Local setting as it was a japanese game overall. But it could also be a anti-crack design where the game seems working but not really working if they detect change in the steam_api64 or com.steamwork.net.dll or folder structure. But I've since deleted the game and can no longer testing. Maybe you could see if this game run on another windows system.
