So, your dedicated PCIe graphics card is an Intel Arc 750 or 770? It's not the ideal video card for such a demanding game...but the game should at least be playable on lower settings.
Nevertheless, upgrading to Windows 11 might fix it, turning the integrated Xe graphics off in UEFI might help as well or ideally ask a friend or somewhere else online.
If you don't know what's in your system, it's not the best starting point for people to provide the help you need, in order to get the game going.
You may download the tool "HWInfo64" and make a screenshot of the overview, where it displays all the info about your computer.

This is a laptop obviously, so don't expect wonders in gaming. Laptops generally are not made for such tasks or only to a very limited extent and these machines would cost 2000 to 3000+ € to call them worthy of playing modern titles.
Can you please select the other graphics output in HWInfo and show which else graphics card actually is in this system?
The iGPU is in slot "GPU #0", as you can see. So there has to be a slot "GPU #1", I guess.
You could also try the tool Driver Booster to get all missing and outdated drivers at once. But don't forget to uncheck the additional crap that they offer on the installation screen (iTop VPN...)
At last, another useful tool is the "Intel Driver and Support Assistant", which you can scan for Intel-related updates with.
When I extract the parts, it creates a .iso file, which I guess is normal (I am not good with technology really), and it wasn't openable until I restarted my computer, then I got to the 5 options: .installer, FLT, (both of these are folders), then autorun.inf, FLT.bin, and setup.exe. I assume setup.exe is my next step, but when I click it it says the file or directory is corrupt and unreadable. Can someone explain to me how I am supposed to go about this to play the game? Thanks
Did you download all the parts directly through your browser? Then this is the most likely reason files got corrupted, because downloading rather large files hassle-free is a gamble. Best is to use a download manager, like IDM, which I do and those issues never occured again. Once you did that, extract the files using WinRar (natively included in Windows 11). Extract these parts, beginning with part 1, obviously, into a short named folder, like D: Games or D: Downloads. Once finished extracting, mount the then created ISO and launch the setup exe. Choose your installation path, which, again, should be sth. like D: Games. If not checkmarked before, copy the content of the FLT or Fairlight folder into the game install folder. Always launch the game as administrator (game's shortcut -> properties -> launch as admin) to prevent a game not starting, not creating savefiles etc. I never face issues following these steps. The user and his computer are the only reason of these games running or not, most of the time, so experience and learning certain steps of PC usage is needed.
So, first step to success: Get the Internet Download Manager. There are ways to get it for free, at least for the trial period, if you want to stay on the legal route, just saying. The rest is on you to find out.

Your GPU probably does not support the latest DirectX 12 feature level (12_2, since RTX 30xx, 2020), therefor the game won't launch.
Tell us your system specs, please.
But I guess, your system is just lacking drivers, including the latest VC++ runtimes.

The installer is still running (cause i can turn on the music again) but even after 1-2 hours of waiting, it won't go over 20%
