Maaaan this Sucks! Not the gameplay and story aspect infact I had fun but the Visual Aspect of the game
like the Art Style and Aesthetic is PERFECT for Samurai Warriors and it has my favorite character Redesigns by giving them Actual Japanese Attire and Armors this time around.
But Goddamn they used too much Particle Effects to a Point I can barely see what the fuck I am doing take the Musou attack on Mounts for example usually in older titles it has little wind effect on it to signify going fast and hitting hard well in Samurai Warriors 5 they increased that effect to 11 like I can't see shit where the fuck I am going and more than not see your character charging to a wall and a over all waste of musou. Not to mention this crappy Chromatic Aberration effect that I can't turn off for some reason making the environments incredibly blurry making it even harder to tell what you are doing.
It sucks af too since this is the most really Well Optimized Modern Musou game yet like you run it on a Potato with mostly high graphics and max out character on the screen and still runs mostly smooth.
Like damn it such a waste that they went overboard with the Particle Effects as if it not for those I'd still be playing this.
What did they do for 7 years ?! Removing plenty of features Removing characters: And not the bad ones... 3 i was playing on the 4-II game aren't here Removing the character creator which is important for online play I gave it a chance, played for one hour: Camera is not that good but handlable Gameplay is almost the same, objectives, missions etc... And one last thing... It's my personal taste but those graphics and game-style is too similar of dynasty warriors, thus too realistic. They lost my interest. Count me out :)
Well OF COURSE the graphics and gameplay is similar to Dynasty Warriors, it's the same franchise(Musou) but in Japan instead of china, it's even the same companies behind it. As for being realistic I don't remember reading about samurai warriors being able to dash through enemies at super speed and shooting flames and lightning from their weapons. Please, this is the least realistic thing ever. Character creator wouldn't make sense here since this game is about telling the story of Nobunaga and associated characters. It's not the story of YOUR character.
What i meant about realistic was the "graphics" only. It's clear the game is not realistic as you said. Thanks for the informations i didn't knew that they are the same franchise. By the way that makes sense because they're a lot alike. I don't say it's a bad game at all it's just i dislike it. Thanks to IGG i will simply not buy it. It's personal point of view and i was just surprised after 7 years by the fact they removed some features and characters from the 4-II instead of keeping them with new ones.
And there's the age of ignorance coming out, tell your parents, thanks for a shitty ass job on raising a child with no intelect, no manners, no intelligence, no respect and most of all, no selfrespect.
thanks you, but there are have some problems, I can just get new costumes but can't get new weapons, horses and gems, I rummaged all of those things in Shop's Purchase, Stable's Purchase... Do you know ways?
No, Spirit of Sanada is not the worst in the series; most of the players who are from the Japanese and Chinese communities thought it has the best storytelling in the series.

Says "Sound device not connected" when trying to boot the game, then the game closes after I click ok. I can briefly see the autosave message screen before it closes. Anyone?
That's the Ieyasu of this game? Good grud, now I have seen all the fictitious adaptations of Tokugawa Ieyasu in video games. As if that dude that fights with just his fists and in a ridiculously yellow get-up is not bad enough already.
I ... can't. Some developer thinks that an upraised peasant who "fights for the people" would fight with just his fists while wearing some gaudy yellow get-up that belongs in Guilty Gear.
Uh-hm... You know, if I go to read up on when Nobunaga recruited Ieyasu, I expect that there would have been much major artistic liberty taken with their ages.
You realize this is a game, right? It's loosely based on history, but it's not a historical game. I believe that the game devs have the right and the freedoms to change history within their games.
it's a musou game, i love it, lol.... but seriously this 5th series have skill feature that can be assigned on 4 buttons, it's interesting. play it sir, no debate XD
Games like these are best played in short bursts so they don't overstay their welcome. If you're curious you could always play up to the end of the first chapter which is when all the main features get unlocked to see if you'd enjoy more or not. I personally am but that's mostly cause the story is focusing on a young Nobunaga and I fucking love "The fool of Owari" I will say though, the camera is so damn annoying
Steam isn't open.
