There seems to be an online fix for this game in online(dash)fix(dot)me, albeit it was for a previous version (0.10031).
If there's anyone interested in online play, maybe that patch would work?
Tried applying the fix over to the version I got here (v0.14.9.78), it seems to successfully get my Steam name, though upon trying to search online lobbies, there were none.
I don't have friends currently interested in testing it with me right now, if anyone wants to play in their private lobbies, you may trying applying that fix and reply here whether it works or not.
If it doesn't, well either we wait for an updated online fix from the site I stated above, or we just buy the game.
Saleblazers.v0.14.9.32\Saleblazers_Data\Plugins\x86_64\steam_settings
Open the " configs.user.ini " file with notepad, or notepad++
Find the line - " account_name=Goldberg "
Change Goldberg to whatever name you wish.
Save the file & close it.
Make sure game is not already running.
Launch game & enjoy.
