Figured it out, to anyone who is trying to use mods install it from a different site this version of the game seems to be outdated and hence if you try to manually install mod through bepexin it will not work.

For quickplay no, just waited a bit. As far as using hamachi to invite a friend I'm not sure, as it seems to be local in that you both use the same pc to play on. Could be wrong though. Going to try changing the port number to something else and have a friend do the same, since the "online" matching seems to be based on that and see if it works that way.

The thing is this game is not the original version so we cant crack it even by using the STEAMWORKY stuff, and no one so far has posted it even on another sites like http://cs.rin.ru
