When I launch the RollCrck application an error message pops up saying "you must start the crac in your game directory" help me!

How do i get it to save? i cant run it as an administrator because i have to run the daemontool to run the .iso. i played this game back on the PS1 and would love to go thru the entire game and unlock everything without doing it in one go.
