Rogue Waters is a Pirate Tactical Turn-Based Rogue-lite. Play as Captain Cutter, commanding your ship and crew through procedurally generated encounters to seek revenge. Recruit, train, and upgrade crew, use powerful sea creatures, and engage in dynamic naval and melee combat to gain the upper hand.
1st setting up the ground combat correctly with ship combat or basically guarnteeing losing the ground combat especially early on (basically you must know which things you can allow them to damage/destroy and focus down what you need to in order to win the ground combat of course with rng possibly screwing you)
2nd doing the push combat puzzles (know where they will be and where you will be when pushing and try and push them into eachother or off into the water ...)
repeat 1000x 10000x if you dont cheat eng the grind away (the rouge like part here is repeat the battle sets not game at least, ie you will lose a lot early on but just be forced to send crew to heal between attempts which you can even then just intentionally lose in order for them to get them back and you build up starting bits for each set because for whatever reason you sell every item from cannons-items during the set to earn way worse starting things).
(Story is bare bones basic you get betrayed by captain because he said touch the artifiact which then shoots into your eye and behold its a spirit that helps you control sea monsters in which you have to go save 2 and then use the 3 to beat the bad captain).
