Why i always got error "Cannot find steam.emu.ini"?

winrar or winzip. extract part 1 and part 2 will extract also automatically. Once extracted you should see the files. It will either be an installer or run the exe extracted to play.

make sure you just have the [filename].part1.rar and [filename].part2.rar with no extra suffixes

delete the (1) on the part 2 name file
