This was originally released as "Downtown Nekketsu Story" in 1989. It's the second attempt at a remake if I'm not mistaken. It is a cult-classic Kunio game and one of my personal favorites.
However, Steam's "Mostly Negative" reviews are not looking good. How could they botch this? I hear this is a "remaster" instead of a remake? Good Lord.
