I do wonder why you would shill it - then I watched the prologue. Oh. It is very, very rare that the protagonist is introduced as an associate of bandits. Of course, Shouzou Kaga's games have bandits (and pirates) that turn a new leaf, but they are often side characters. And, of course, sure, plenty of medieval fantasy tales begin with the protagonist being the sole survivor of this or that massacre, but having to follow one of the perpetrators (even if he's not directly involved) is something else. But the text though... man, spaces and missing punctuation, etc. It's like a Fire Emblem GBA hack-mod with terrible QA.
If some Kaga-loving jackass who likes the GBA and older "classic" Fire Emblem titles is watching your video, that asshole would be dissing on you for making that decision at 4:45. They would say that putting characters in reach of too many enemies when the enemy phase occurs would be a foolish thing to do. But of course, how would you know right? You would think that the first battle should be the easiest, because that's how games go these days. You would even think that there would be some scenario that acts as a tutorial. But oh no, this won't be the case here, because this game is "inspired" by Kaga's ass-punishing games.
From what I have gathered, the game pays homage and tribute to famous tactical RPGs like Final Fantasy Tactics and the Fire Emblem and even the Langrisser series, but it lacks the depth and is very light in terms of progression and mechanics.
this is like the 3rd game i see who get good reviews and suddenly gets lowered almost to red
