Yes, it is in fact 100% translated to english for the past 5-6 years. Not sure if it's not completely developed in English to begin with. I was following the Devs for a while, but I forgot to check on the official page for like 3-4 years now. :D
Can confirm. This one is actually good. Played it long ago, before the "official?" release if it even has it yet.
The story is kinda okay, as well as everything else pretty much. Pretty generic anime plot. A guy bored of everything randomly happens to encounter the assassination of the prince-soon-to-be the new King, so he empersonates him, as the forementioned prince is a bastard son and no one but one person knows how he looks. You then as the player take over the kingdom, upgrade it, build up the military, have some national conflcts... fun stuff.
There are also side missins played from the perspective of the characters you have under you occasionally.
There are also a couple of scenes with magical gender reversal, where the main character, Ryen becomes a female, at which point you get some femalex female scenes for those who are into that... from what I remember.
The game also includes a lot of sexual scenes, and the main character proggression is by doing them... most of the time, If I remember correctly. Excluding the few male party members of course.
There is English support via the English interface and English subtitles.
