How does one know when you reupload the game?

This isn't an earlier version, this is a completely different game. change the pics or change the files.

Opps, sorry for this (i only copy/paste image from Steam), this is old version, because full version still early access, So I dont have it now, maybe I will upload it when it release full version :D
