...Why is this marked under anime and not under adult? There's nothing anything anime related to anime in this and this is clearly an adult work.

Simulation and Casual I can understand...but Hidden Object and VN as well? This isn't a VN and certainly not a Hidden Object game either. Should just be Casual, Simulation, and Adult tags for this.
