when i installed this {i didn't} my monitor just puked out the rapala bait

When i installed this, i disabled my anti virus. When i looked in the Winrar file, theres no .exe , or anything to instal. There are cracked files (.bin and .cue) but i dont know what to do with them if theres nothing to crack. Please help.
