how do i open the .cue file?

you have to download daemon tools then you install it and open daemon tools and if it appears you the cue file with the daemon tools icon you can double click it to mount it in your virtual cd drive and it will open it.

Sure it does.
But only up to 600 x800 resolution.
There's a Quake HD pack available for free download. Use Google.
