I remember there's a F2P fishing game on Steam, hilariously that one plays better than this and is less hardware-demanding. It's just a small lake, and to me the frame rate drops below 40 with ultra setting, set it to medium and the game runs at ~55FPS with barely any visual difference.
I feel like if you need these requirements you could, ya know, just go fishing. Maybe I'm weird but catching a big bass is much more enjoyable then clicking buttons on a simulator.

It's just a game made with Unity Engine anyway...
