aight its been 3 days, still cant get it to run, i run it as JPadmin, something'll load but still nothing will execute, it'll be just me sitting there waiting for something to happen or popup

Since the rights of this game supposedly belong to some other company than the other games in the series there's unlikely to ever be an official english version.

Based on the patch linked in the game's vndb page it only translates the UI and nothing else.
