I'm confused, is he a prince or a queen?

This is one of my childhood game, but Seal of Evil by the same company (I think) is superior and super good, recommend everyone to try it if you enjoy this one.

is this a new version or something or is it the same as the other one uploaded before?

Another oldie brought back from like 2000, with heavy focus on just getting a team of fighters to do X each chapter with a few X side missions with a simple story.

(this neither + or - just saying for those curious, I barely know much of it just from what I read and looked into).
