Tutorial done. Game looks easy to play. Started a game, using what I learned from the tutorial. 5 minutes later, I ended with nuclear war. Well, wait...that was rude >^_^<
When I run the Precipice.exe It says "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142). Click OK to close the application." (I tried to run it as Administrator but that didn't help. *I tried restarting my PC, updating drivers, turning off my firewall and antivirus and re-installing the game but still the same error.
