Was this really necessary? As pretty as it looks, ray tracing just seem like unnecessarily added system requirements. They could have instead just released a remaster with more content.
It's a way for Nvidia to push/demo their DLSS which I have mixed experiences/thoughts on -- some games it's seemingly flawless and enables beautiful lighting/effects, while others there's just something a little off and sometimes with glaring errors. I'm not a huge fan of the tech's core concept but I've been proven wrong in a few games -- mostly singleplayer action where minor input delay is less damning.
At description of the game it mentions this free DLC was developed by NVIDIA Lightspeed Studios. So it makes sense to only work with Nvidia newer graphic cards. They developed this as a form of marketing after-all.
Minimum is a 3060, so if you don't play at the lowest resolution with DLSS at performance, then probably not. I'm struggling with a 3070 with DLSS at performance on 1440p.
You open bin/steam_settings\force_language.txt file, change it to "English", save file and start game
