I played it. I don't like the super fast dash. It triggers my computer vision syndrome. I'm really trying to avoid these kind of games with fast moving objects where you have to follow. I wish there were an option to slow down the animation of dashing and falling (level transition), but there is none. After several levels, the dashing around the level, while trying to avoid enemies, feels so redundant. Got bored. This is not for me.
alright, this isn't half bad! You don't tile based move- you slide along till you hit an edge, or a wall, or enemy. everything moves when you take an action ( even if you slide against the wall you're facing, and don't move ) there's charges ( powerups ) potions which do weird shit ( like the screen flipping upside-down ) and a hub for progress where you can see the charges you've unlocked , the potions, what they do - and a bucket for a charge you saved from a previous run. Animations are nicely done, it's poppy and pretty fun! The onyl concern I have is the controls - instead of it always being like, WASD moves you in the same directions, it changes based on what direction your char is facing. So if you're facing left, you have to hit right to move right, or down to move backwards, and then it changes based on the direction you';re facing. Takes a il bit to get used ot, but you won't even think about it in a few minutes. Each floor has you getting a key to drop down further, and you don't have to kill every enemy ( sometimes you can't ) every 10 floors, you get a charge ( a perk ) not bad stuff.
they were published by N/A now, does that mean not/applicable? or is that an actual name of a publisher on Steam? because they seem to have published a wide variety of total garbage on steam. ( not that this looks liek garbage, quite the opposite )
Honestly, it seems like a relatively good game. I need to play it soon. I know about the tag because under that publisher one of my friends has their game which is a VR circuit builder. Thanks for calling it a piece of garbage
yeah, take offense to a vague blanket statement about all the self-published crap on steam - 90% of them cost 1 dollar or less. That's asset flip garbage. And I have VR games filtered out, So i didn't see it. Get the stick out of your ass.
If using a controller I advise using the d-pad much easier
