It has been a long while since I last played this, but I don't remember any Futas in this game at all. Could of been added in since I last played, but I think that tag was most likely added in error. Best guess, there is a very muscular blonde woman who I believe had a boob job done, could be someone thought she was trans/futa.

It's possible that either you missed the route with the Futa scenes in it or you played with an earlier version of the game. Fair enough, last time i played it the two college girls had next to no content, just a handful of scenes. I vaguely remember the girl in the picture(non-futa) being slutty and I believe I passed over a scene with her cause it didn't agree with me(might of been NTRish).
Really shocked this is getting a release. I believe a few years back the dev dropped the game, I believe he said something about it being training(and thus it wasn't important to complete it). As far as I'm aware it was never "complete", only the cousin has a real ending. I think 2 others had a fairly unsatisfying "arc", but nothing I'd call complete. Several others we're very incomplete if not forgotten. Checked online for a change log and it seems like the dev added about 10 more events(total) for a few of the characters, but I'd bet its something of a rush job to make more money off the "training".
