Even after the crack fix im getting the steam error, I reinstalled the game from scratch used the default crack first, then the fixed, I tried installing without cracking and then use only the fix, I tried the default only, launched the game from the _launcher and the .exe and still get the error...RIP for me.
For a cracked game, the default language settings are usually changed within a text file. Not all cracked games have their language settings in the same, exact named file, folder or subfolder. You would need to go to the installed game's folder and try to find a text file that is called either "steam_api.ini", "steam_emu.ini", "settings.txt", "settings.ini", "language.txt", "force_language.txt" or any file with a file extension of ".ini" or "txt". Sometimes, the name of the Scene or P2P group that cracked the game is used to prefix the name of the text file that has the language settings like "RUNE.txt", "TENOKE.txt", "FLT.txt", "RUNE.ini", "TENOKE.ini", "FLT.ini" ... etc.
Search in any subfolders, if necessary (The text file might not be in the installed folder's root directory) and then open it with Notepad. In the text file, do a search for the key "language". If it is found, set the key's value to a language that is supported by the game (eg. - language = english, language = tchinese, language = schinese, ... etc. Check the game's retail page for supported languages to make sure that the language that you set is actually supported by the game), save the change and then try running the game again.
There was no misleading being perpetrated whether unintentional or intentional! The list of text (.txt) files that I mentioned was just a general guide of where the language setting information may be stored and where a user may start to find the necessary information to be edited. It is not an absolute list. If you carefully re-read what I wrote, you can see the word "either" which precedes "... "steam_api.ini", "steam_emu.ini", "settings.txt", "settings.ini", "language.txt", "force_language.txt" or any file with a file extension of ".ini" or "txt"."
It's fine that for this game, that the necessary information was customized within the "supported_languages.txt" file instead of in another named .txt or .ini file. Also, setting the language key (aka - variable) to "english" still yielded the desired result. The concepts I conveyed are still valid!
My game keeps crashing with the message "Please log back into Steam to update the game or check your network and firewall settings." Is there any solution?
theres something called "POKF goldberg cold client only 29.04.2025.rar", you can search in some forum, I dunno if I can link the post here tho, but that file work for me
Thanks for trying to help out! However, the Goldberg Cold Client, not the same as The Goldberg emulator, is for playing games with friends over a LAN. AFAIK, its focus is not with playing a game as a single player.
Share my solution: Install the Path.of.Kung.Fu-TENOKE game image and install the CRACK that comes with the game image. Download Path.of.Kung.Fu.CRACK.FIXED,Unzip and overwrite to the game,Modify the configuration of the 3 ini on the picture to schinese,Run _LAUNCHER.exe,You can enter the game。
I am Chinese. On May 9th, someone in China released version 1.0013 crack. Today, it is still running. After the update to version 1.0014, this version 1.0013 will become invalid again.
yes like tale of immoral but focus on martial art (wuxia games ancient china). tale of immortal (xianxia) don't forget to change language to chinese because if u play in english language u might have encounter bug. use reipatcher for auto translator. but i don't recommend to play now better wait for official english release then play.
Download the Game and extract it with the password in the [ ] in the name of the compressed file. For example, the compressed file name is "[ tamhongame.com ]_RDR2.rar" => the password is: tamhongame.com Go to "the folder containing the game after unzipping" Run the file "Launcher.bat" to enter the game (Look carefully at the file name) Play game
hope it helped u i'll see if it works when am done downloading
English not supported. Perhaps sometime in the future the dev can start with an English Interface translation (Easiest and least expensive). If a fan base develops and increases, perhaps English Subtitles can be added (Most difficult and most expensive). See my explanation about translation. Note: Although the general notification says that English is not supported, the official, language support notification for this game lists Subtitles for English, S Chinese, T Chinese, Thai and Korean (See this game's Steam page)!
Thus, for any other languages that are not listed in the official, supported languages notification (See below), the following applies:
Update notice (1/2) 06/25/24 - Update: Don't want to wait for a proper English Translation of a non-English supported game but want to play the game now? You can try to use the freeware "LunaTranslator" combination text hooker (text grabber) and language translator application (GitHub page | Download page) to machine translate or AI translate the game's native text into English (Note: Machine translation is 1:1, word for word translation. Some ideas may get "lost in the translation". AI translation attempts to mimic a natural speaker's translation of a language into English (I haven't tried this method yet)).
See the verbose "How to" demo video posted by "Daiya" on YouTube (Note: From her dialogue in the video, Daiya seems to be a teenage girl, so try to bear with the "quirkiness" of her dialogue with the viewer [you]. She set LunaTranslator to use AI translation [See the improved English translated, purple text in the screenshot]).
08/18/24 - Update: If you're having problems with how to set up LunaTranslator before launching a VN then watch "superange128"'s finely detailed tutorial video on YouTube! I have set the link to advance to the precise pos in the video where he begins to explain how to set up LunaTranslator.
In the past, I personally have used the AGTH (Anime Games Text Hooker application with the Atlas Japanese-English translator application) to try to play untranslated Japanese H-games with machine translation and just discovered this combination text hooker and translator application that supports AI translation (An improvement over machine translation) so, if you have any in-depth questions then it's best to visit the dev, "HIllya51"'s Q&A page on GitHub. Note 2: This latest version of the game supports 5 languages (partially), including English. That's an increase of 3 additional languages compared to 2 languages, supported by the earlier version as noted in the previous language support notification posted in my previous comment below.

For those desiring an English Translation of the game, see the dev's official response (Posts #1 & #2) dated November 6 of this year, in this game's Steam Discussions pages. Unfortunately, due to limited resources and the complexity of this game's story, it would be better for those non-Chinese speakers who wish to play this Early Access game now to try to use LunaTranslator for English translation. It will be a long while before this game can be officially and properly translated into English.
This is a post made a few days ago. Update 1.0011 on May 7, I downloaded 1.0010 on May 6 and it doesn't work. As long as it is updated, the old version will not work.
I have a question, the game really support English now? All the gameplay I see from v1.0 is pure Chinese and there is no english image or video on Steam. Can someone verify that it is really translated? In a game with as much text as this, a good translation is necessary.
The game doesn't work. When I start the game, I get a black screen and it just won't load. I've tried the fixed crack, but I still get the same problem.
To tackle this annoying problem, you just need to change the folder name:
Path.of.Kung.Fu.v.6.0.3 -> Path Of Kung Ku
Game directory:
Path.of.Kung.Fu.v.6.0.3
-game
--launcher.exe
--daojianjianghulu.exe
--else
-Igg documents
The problem should be resolved if you change the folder name. I do not know if this solution works for you, at least it works for me.
Enjoy!

cant play
New Crack 1.005。
In a game with as much text as this, a good translation is necessary.
Currently, there is partial English support via the Subtitles (See the official language support notification in my post below or in this game's Steam page). Other users have already asked the dev who still needs to reply, whether there will be full English support. Try periodically checking this game's Steam Discussions' Screenshots section for a more recent screenshot with English subtitles. Something this important is bound to show up soon!
Either a Steam User or the dev will post such a screenshot (The dev should do it ASAP if he wants to attract more buyers for his game).
