I HATE IT UGH !!!! I can not play the game because of resoulition problem . I can not even read the full text or see the character !!!!!! I tried to solve it a lot of times but nothing worked . Help mee pleaaase ToT
a little late for you, but I resolved it on my Windows laptop by changing the scaling from 125% to 100%. Additionally, if you need another screen ratio like 5:4, open the ken.ini file with text editor and change screen size x&y to 1280x1024.
If that shouldn't work try connecting another display.
I can't play, when I touch the app I see the code execution can't continue because msvcp120.dll was not found I tried to download msvcp120.dll file and put it in folder but when I do that it tells me the application failed to start properly 0xc00007b I also try to start the application with administrator permissions and neither. Help !!
I had the same problem - I googled it and found the steps below which fixed it for me:
Right-Click the game icon
Click "Troubleshoot compatibility"
Click "Troubleshoot program"
Click "The program opens, but does not display correctly."
Click "Program does not display properly when large scale font settings are selected." After that it will tell you to test the program... which usually then works. Hope it helps! :)
Actually, english-translated eroge far outnumber otome or yuri, and yuri itself isn't even for lesbians most of the time. It just so happens that we got 3 otome in a row on igg, it's not indicative of the overall numbers. This one's original release date was in the distant 2006, too. Still, even I don't care for otome. It technically targets women, so I'm supposed to like it (?), but the genre is far too bland and uninspiring for me. This one could be different, but I'm not holding my breath.
And am I suppose to like every single eroge? Good god, of course not. Idk it's just my impression when searching for translated-VN i tend to run on otomege or yuri more often than not
Of course, you surely have your tastes, I respect that. I don't know what you look for in eroge specifically, but I get the impression they tend to be very similar, so it seems hard to get something that would feel new. Besides, from what I can tell many eroge seem to lack an interesting plot, and if that's an important aspect for you, then many, if not most, eroge won't satisfy you. It seems lately there have been many translated otomege and yuri, so the proportion may be shifting. As far as new VNs go, I see your point that there aren't many new eroge. On a side note, I actually wanted to try reading an eroge for once. Bokuten looked like something I could appreciate, but it just had to be an utsuge. From what I read about it in comments & reviews, it seems really sad.
Fair enough reason! You know, I feel that comedy kinda lacks in VNs, or maybe I just haven't had luck finding really funny ones. Or maybe otomege and the other VNs I read just lack comedy in general. Of all the VNs I've read, the only one that actually made me laugh out loud was this niche indie VN called Hustle Cat. Still, I think my favourite VNs are probably ones for a general audience (a recent title I loved is Adabana Odd Tales). Oh and I've seen the VNs you mentioned here and on erogedownload! Think a gal might enjoy them too? I want to read more light-hearted stories after reading that heavy one.
Yeah, both VN had distinct way to make you laugh. Tbh, I mostly skip the sex scenes, all I want is if it can make me absorbed no matter how crap the story is, it's worth my time.
