ONI storepage keeps opening on steam instead of game. Tried reinstalling the game, tried opening the game multiple times. It keeps opening ONI storepage on steam. Please help!

Im guessing you are on windows. Also Ive mainly done it manually.
So first go to your "Documents" folder which should be in "Quick access" by default, in the file explorer.
Then you should find a "Klei" folder. If not then open the game and create a new world (basically just play the game a bit).
Once you are in the Klei folder, navigate to "OxygenNotIncluded" and then "mods".
In mods create a "Local" folder. (basically inside Local there should be a folder with a mod's files in it; example directory: /mods/Local/modFolder/modFiles
Copy the url of your workshop mod and paste it into the text field on the steamworkshopdownloader website
Then a green link should appear, click on it and it should download a rar file
Copy the contents of the rar file into the folder that you made inside of "Local" that was mentioned in step 4, example directory: /Local/queueForSinks/queueForSinksFiles
why would you do that? there's no need to delete "kplayerprefs.yaml", that comment was 3 months ago, just install the game thru CODEX and make sure you tick the 'copy contents of CODEX directory to installdir'.

i have been using igg for 3 years now. They get most of their cracks from Cs.rn er w/e. In 3 years i have DL 3- 10 games a month every month. NBot even 1 time have i got a true virus. thats 100's of games man! 100s n not 1 virus. if you got one you opened an Add download or u got a false positive
this update is now that merge version, no need anymore the 2 version at pc note. as this is total new. it takes some time for mod makers make the updates
base game is higher at moment in igg but the dlc one is higer in linkneverdie, they have already at there the EX1 S12-466654 unless if im missing something

Crashes completely? Did you at least see the Klei logo? If so, this might be a technical problem. This game might be running with 2D sprites, but it uses quite a number of scripts to animate them, such as the .NET Frameworks; these are also used for the 2D physics in the game. .NET Framework 4.0 is specifically needed for this game, according to Klei's February 2020 announcement. That said, this package by IGG here doesn't include the installers for .NET Frameworks.

you cant play base if igg not added that for download, last version where was both in here was the 452242. you need wait till they add both versions again for download. compared other games, this is kind off weird solution from developers self
If you want the new nuclear stuff from DLC go upvote on game request ctrl+f and load more till you find oxygen not included update request and upvote for the newer version that has nuclear stuff in it(ex1 58-454298-0 from what i have seen till now )
Was crashing for me too, moved the game to a shorter folder i.e. root/ONI and disabled any communication and many other things in the settings works now for me

As of December 10: This is build 443064, which is not the release version of Spaced Out! Expansion, but it is somewhat of a demo version of the full release, a few buggy UI's and you have no choice of planets (You're forced to play on the Swamp planet)
You don't atm because the game now makes u go to other asteroids with teleporter from start planet and with rockets.The game changed with this Spaced Out DLC.

Just get the files no update required just downloaod the game again and btw there is a new DLC alpha but they didn't crack it yet and it's more awesome than the game now.

Often times custom code has to be injected into game files in order to bypass certain DRM checks and the like in order to get the game to run without being "Legit". The ones who write this code are often talented programmers who use methods to keep their code small and efficient. Such methods are also used by malicious programmers who write viri and other malware. As a result, most anti-virus measures look for these efficient snippets of code and automatically mark them as "potentially dangerous", because the anti-virus software can't tell the difference between a crack, and a virus. You'd better get used to this, or just give up on trying to use cracked games entirely. IGG has a reputation to protect. If they participated in proliferating a virus or malware, even by accident, a lot of people would stop trusting them, and all of this would fall apart. And for what? If we had money to steal, we wouldn't be pirating games.
go to Documents folder and open Klei\OxygenNotIncluded folder then make new folder there called mods, inside mods folder make local folder, at there you start store your mods. you can get different mods from http://github.com

You're mixing files from different "distros"... That's not a good idea. It'll lead most of the time to errors. Follow the procedure: Download and install fro the link provided above then install the updates in the right order. It will work fine.
