ITS NOT A VR ONLY GAME! it can be either but its because it has a vr feature that the specs are like that. HOWEVER theres a bug with this right now the UNABLE TO LOAD STEAMCLIENT64.dll error if someone fixes ill give this a proper go :)

Copy steamclient64.dll from the steam folder and paste it into the OVERTURN folder. However, an "unable to create interface ISteamuser" error occurs.
