Because you still not crack it before start game. After install, you must open .iso file, you will see "TiNYiSO" folder, copy all files in that folder and paste to your game's dir, enjoy ;)
For All The People whose having the problem of "Unable to find cloud save" or something like that, here's what you have to do: *Right click on Octogeddon & Select "Open File Location". it will now open its in game contents (C:\Program Files (x86)\All Yes Good\Octogeddon) *Now open steam_api.dll or steam_api *Now find [Game Settings], you will see there that the "UserDataFolder=" is BLANK, that is the reason why you see the "Unable to find cloud save" *Then fill that blank with: C:\ProgramData\Steam%UserName%%Appid% or You go make your own Save file so the game can store its files to save your game *After making your own save file, close the notepad, then Right click on Octogeddon (on its contents) and select "Properties", now click "Compatibility" above, then put a Check on "Run this Program as an Administrator", then click Apply & Ok *You're All Done, The Annoying Unable to find cloud save wont appear anymore, and your game will save its progress NOTE: The Game Should Always Run as an Administrator, if not, your progress won't save! lol what an utterly grotesque game! It's kinda funny though. And the title makes me think of some recent abysmal shark movies like "Sharknado". ha ha🤣 http://cdn1.sciencefiction.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/Sharknado3.jpg But only being able to "rotate" the octopus clockwise or counter-clockwise is a major letdown for me though. You can't move around, you only use left-click and right-click to rotate and kill enemies by just touching them with your tentacles, that's it. As you progress, enemies have a better defense so they still kill you even if you hit them, so you have to add some more powerful tentacles and diverse weapons to your octopus, until it looks like an indescribable abomination... ha ha I haven't played far so I can't say more. It feels too much like an oversimplified casual game, although it is hard at times. I think it could have worked well if it had played like a regular horizontal shmup. Since it's underwater, the first which comes to mind is "In The Hunt"=> http://img.appnee.com/appnee.com/In-The-Hunt-2.png God, 90s games looked great...😍 But this...This is not for me!😅
