I'm sorry but it's available for me. Maybe it's locked until you reached certain level. Haven't played it regularly but I'm at level 3(Not floor number but the admin level thing).
I can confirm this does NOT have the Arena DLC. I tried all of the links, and leveled up to floor 3 on each and No matter what, the DLC isnt there. Shuk, i dont know if you are lying or some how it was uploaded briefly and was changed. But as of right now no it does not have the arena DLC and i placed a request for it to be updated. Dont take what i said personal, ive encountered many on here who say things that arent true. Why? I have no clue, but it happens alot.
I think the DLC might have been uploaded along in version 1.0.4. But not after that. Thus when I updated I still retained the files for the DLC. I'll try updating it for you guys when time permits it.
