Perhaps you might be wrong. A patch do exist. it adds the "Hentai (Hard core)" stuff and it is the full package with animations and all (it is mosaic ed but still). it just doesn't exist on steam. (btw I didint just saw it, already fully played it with patch)

Sometimes IGG-Games.com [Admin] is able to find and acquire the cracked, "official" Steam version of an Ecchi game or an eroge [H-game] and sometimes he can only find and acquire a hacked, fan-translated, NSFW patched version of a game.

Im really really sorry if that came wrong i have to work on my social/English skills. Here how i reached the concussion i had: first i saw the patch in the Denpasoft page before and it clearly says "Text Language: English" so i am confused if it is officially English or not. i played the whole game, the patched scenes were translated perfectly like the whole game, that added to my confusion as well. after that, I played all of the Nekopara games and most of them had the full patch sold externally and when i got just the patch pirated, they seemed official so i reached to the same concussion with this one as well. This whole thing is just confusing. (this is actually my first comment here its not an alias)
