I live in an apartment complex that has 5 black kids on one side and 5 white kids on the otherside that constantly stomp up and down the stairs, bounce against walls, and then scream EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE outside for 10 hours a day. Now that is real Neighbor horror. Might check this out though, havent played any good horror games for a bit.
