Whether it's in game hosting or with the dedicated hosting tool in the main directory, nobody, not even I myself can connect to a (local) server. What am I missing.
Just tries to connect forever and then says Server not responding.
Problem now is that it seems to be nearly impossible to get this because all the downloads i tried, about 6 with version 1.14, don't provide all the necessary files. Mostly the Launcher_64.exe is missing, some others don't have the coldclientloader.ini
interesting point, i checked the rar files i got from igg and the v1.14 did have less files, i seem to have extracted v1.14 on top of an existing version, which was v1.03 that had the Launcher_64.exe.
now i tested a combination of the two versions' files and figured out whats needed to get the game going.
whats funny tho the smartsteamemu.ini is still set to run the game as ACS (AppID 955900). changing the target within the ini to necesse.exe made it no longer needed to rename necesse.exe.
So... I collected the files from the 1.03 and the 1.14 and changed the name inside the .ini under the target section to Necesse. exe, executed the Launcher_x64.exe and then i get this:
Edit: Renaming the necesse.exe to Amazing Cultivation Simulator.exe and not changing the .ini also gives me the same window
yeah, it isn't going to work because for whatever reason this game just regenerates the original steamapi dlls apparently you can get around it for this game by fucking with the .jar and using goldberg emu, but meh, not worth it imo
its because of a combination of the steamworks4j64.dll and it overwriting any cracked dlls with its own, so it requires modifying the .jar apparently as well as using a steam emu

theres also the instance when i was trying the combination of files, if the wrong steamclient64.dll was used it would throw that error.
Edit: nevermind it just re-writes the dlls
