In case anyone needs, I managed to find where the old save files location are.
If you still have your old installation folder, go inside of it and copy all the files inside of this folder: "steam_settings\1084600\remote"
Paste the files you just copied into: "C:\Users\Public\Documents\Steam\RUNE\1084600\remote"
If you haven't played for a long time, your saves might be stored here: "C:\Users[YOUR_PC_USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\Goldberg SteamEmu Saves\1084600\remote" - (Replace [YOUR_PC_USERNAME] with yours)
Copy all the files inside that folder and paste them into: "C:\Users\Public\Documents\Steam\RUNE\1084600\remote"
Not yet, unfortunately - the latest uploaded version here is 4.1.0.102997.a6e10ca4, which is from 2nd of November. Or it was yesterday. Please, refer to the Game Request section and ask for an update there. :)
Where ever you had it installed My.Time.at.Sandrock.v1.3.1\game\steam_settings\1084600\remote copy the saves here to C:\Users\Public\Documents\Steam\RUNE\1084600\remote
And Side Note remember if you used mods to reinstall bepinex and then just copy its plugins folder back into place
yes and hopefully they will update and grab the upcoming dlc asap which should be coming out soon. (They had to wait until they update console versions before they could release dlc) -> its what I am waiting on
Looks cool though I wish I could disable all the DLCs... They give you a ton of emails (in-game) with a bazillion items that I honestly don't care about nor do I have space for them early in the game... I know I can ignore the emails, but I like having a neat mail box.
You can delete the messages, or just acquire them and trash them tbh, some of the household items are useful just for the stats they provide via house stats which you can view with house manager item? looks like a calendar thing inside the house.
here's the solution : first you need to copy paste Rune>Sandrock_Data>Managed> Assembly-CSharp to game file then you need to copy paste Rune>Sandrock_Data>Plugins>X86_64> copy all 3 steam document there and paste it to game file.
These installers usually come with an option to install the crack along with the game. "Copy the contents of RUNE directory to installdir." If you don't check that option then you will have to manually place the crack yourself; usually just copying the contents of said folder unto the game's installation folder.
PS: Sometimes, depending on which team cracked the game, you may find Skidrow or even Tenoke in place of Rune.

It was working fine all these times. Now suddenly, I get either a white page on firefox or page cannot be reached error in Chrome. Very odd. I have no issues with other sites. I tried clearing cache, using google dns or even vpn.
I couldn't find the file name 1084600 . There's only a folder name settings and I couldn't find the file in that folder too. What should i do? ty in advance.
I have a problem with saving my game. After playing for a while (I reached the chapter where Logan returns to town and starts investigating the case), I saved the game but it said failed. I tried the advice of going back to sleep once but it didn't work.
The version currently on IGG has a major bug where the main questline stops progressing after you complete the planting quest in the desert, supposedly it has been fixed with a hotfix so all we can do is wait for the update to hit IGG
Hey, the game has been fully released, so unless they expand the main storyline in the future with DLC (which they didn't for My Time at Portia and so far it's been always items like furniture, pets and equipment), it's already 100% accessible.
I have multiple versions. RUNE and 0XDEADC0DE. I believe the 0X version is EG (ver 4.0.2.1) It has this: TBH this game has caused me issues trying to keep track of all the versions/patches/fixes.
*If your looking to play online, I can link you my copy. DM me. I don't know if/how the saves work so you use at your own risk.
I think there was a multiplayer fix for a different release if you really want go through the hassle (based on EG version - RUNE is Steam), but you won't find it here on IGG. You'd have to look for EG version of My Time at Sandrock, the patch and multiplayer content separately.
I can't save And I tried to reuse my save from an old version (from reading the instructions below), but I don't quite understand it. Can anyone use an old safe?
Make another save file, or couple, for some reason it was using a day old save when I transferred my save files but still worked fine after that saving in save file 2.
For some reason, my game just doesn't save anymore. Autosaves, quicksaves, manual saves, nothing. If I try to save manually it just gets stuck at the 'saving' status.
anyone comfirm this version v4.1.1.103143 can actually play ? i just download it but the 7zip dont extract like another regular game . It run background a lot of file like thousand file @@ . Have anyone have situation like me ?
It seems like the save files from the previous Rune release don't work with this new updated version. I keep crashing within a few seconds of loading a save file.
It has been fixed in the new update, but in the version I was playing in the quest where you had to pretend that X was abducted by a "stranger" paperbag Arvio never despawned after you beat him, and he stayed in the exact place where Fang was supposed to move and free X, leaving fang perpetually trying to move in an occupied place and softlocking the game, so it was either loose the quest or wait for an update. On the version I am currently playing Amirah's romance quest won't acknowledge that I am number one on the workshop boards if the month that passed was winter...so I got to wait until spring passes now.
The installation folder itself is only 37GB. Don't know why they say 50GB but maybe it needs more space during installation because it's decompressing/compressing files? Either way, I also checked the folders it creates in the AppData and it's only a few MBs in size, so the actual size is smaller than what they say it is.
maybe they plan on adding a bunch of DLC post launch that could bloat the size. and honestly, them stating it requires more than it actually does definitely would be the better choice instead of going the other way around, like stating the game takes 70GB while in reality it takes up over 130GB (middle earth - shadow of war) or quite a lot of other AAA games that seem to simply forget to change the requirements after adding a bunch of shit
Hi, thank you for the crack. Now i want to sharing my solution for the "Save Failed!" problem. It seems because windows defender blocked the action to access the save folder
How to fix:
Windows 10 Windows Security > Virus&Threat Protection > Protection History > Search for the "Protected Access Blocked" that blocked sandrock access to the save folder > Allow
I have a save from the previous build that the this rune version doesn't see. Where's the save location for this one? In the Pathea Games folder there is a folder for both games but moving the files into the sandrock folder doesn't do anything.
I moved the contents of the RUNE folder to the proper location, but the game won't start. I don't even get a dialog. Do I need anything else besides the game?
Does this rune version also reads this folder or do they use a different save location? My old saves are here but this download is only letting me start new

Is it just me? Also why is this happening?
how do i get multiplayer to work?.
copy 1084600 from
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Goldberg SteamEmu Saves
to your installed game folder
My Time at Sandrock\steam_settings
RUNE version: C:\Users\Public\Documents\Steam\RUNE\1084600\remote\
Your job is to copy all the save files inside RUNE's path, and paste them into this one.
Copy from roosevelt2362 post below.
New Version (17 Nov 2023) = C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Goldberg SteamEmu Saves\1084600\remote
