When you save it and go to the lobby then loud back into game you wost see the progres, so go to the lobby again and loud it second time progres will be there!

im not sure about the joke's spawns but the 20 fps might be capped, you might need to mess with your settings or simply your pc is not capable enough to run it. even though i got a rtx 3060 and it bearly goes to 100fps, the game's optimalization is just bad.

If you mean the save file on your computer, follow these steps:
access the run menu (windows key+R key), then type APPDATA. Open the LocalLow folder and then open open the Amistech folder. Then open My summer car and theres the save.
The DefaultES2File.txt is basically your save and it is the most important. Then there's Graveyard.txt. This one is pretty useless, it just contains the tombstones in the cemetery. Items.txt is your stuff like beer, sausage, motor oil, coolant. Meshave.txt is the body of the car. Delete meshave.txt file to fix the satsuma. Notepad.txt is the notepad. Options.txt contains your settings. Trophies.txt contains your rally trophies.

There was an update awhile back that made you have to go to Uncle's house (behind yours) and ask him for it. Although, you can only do that when you see it parked there. It appears on Saturday or Sunday.

That is normal, you can find the wheels in the attic of the old mansion. You may want to visit the wiki for more info because there are wasps in the mansion.

make sure all the wires are set up correctly the distributer is screwed on properly and the alternator belt is tightened properly (not too tight just tight enough otherwise if its too tight youll break the belt and will have to go buy a new one)
