Hey, nice to see a developer here. Some feedback on the game:
The combat is quite slow. Damage numbers need to be buffed, both for the player character and the enemies, at least in regards to the early game. A base amount of Health Regeneration should also be given, as healing with drops from destructible items is very unrelieable.
Character progression is also a bit slow, most level-ups feel insignificant and skill unlocks are the only thing that gives a sense of progress.
Items aren't very differentiated or unique. The small differences they have between each other don't create a real variety, and they feel very uninteresting. Even if you were to invest heavily in a specific playstyle, the difference in how you actually play would be small.
Meta progression (buying and acquiring items) feels slow, and is hampered by the previously mentioned issues with itemization.
The two class "totems" (Lion and Wolf) that I've unlocked so far feel too similar. Besides the small change in stats and one or two skills, it seems to have very little impact on anything. Perhaps they should influence the growth of the character much more heavily, adding different bonus stats every level-up and having radically different skill-sets. Overall, I think your game has potential, but it feels shallow and repetitive right now. I personally dislike the core mechanic of starting every dungeon at Level 1, but it's an interesting idea, and I think it could work well if the combat becomes faster-paced and the different builds have much more variety, uniqueness, and require very different playstyles. I would recommend shifting your efforts away from the visual aspects of the game for now; as I understand, that's where most of your work goes, and focusing on creating a more engaging and fun gameplay experience with high replayability. Offering different classes, playstyles and builds is the key to that, and if you overhaul the aspects I mentioned, I think it would be relatively easy to implement it. I hope you found this feedback helpful, and if you need some clarification (I understand there's a language barrier), or further suggestions, feel free to post a reply. Have a good day :)
no instructions on how to change language? the files are clearly in there but i see no option anywhere. nevermind, it's in the options menu. click bag, select the wheel to the left side of the window, fifth option
I'm looking at the pictures and thinking "damn, this looks BAD", but I'm afraid how it actually looks if you're saying that it looks BETTER in the pictures...
