Time for Mama Rei to educate you why this game is great, but not because of the game itself.
Firstly, let's take a look at the box art.... which is ugly as sin. 😣 What is that anyway? It looks like a super tanned Danny Trejo in a habit. But what if I told you that this wasn't the original and it looked WAY better than that bit crusty cover? Weill it is! Just LOOK at the sinister look on her fac- wait a minute... Maybe the 90s kids in the back see it, but for those who have not been blessed (get it?) to experience the carnage in her plagiarized eyes, let me help....
This is one of the best, if not THE BEST alternative racing/derby games in the 90s coming from ye olde Europe. Most definitely something you wanna pick up and play. And for those who are fans of old movies, yes you DO see the inspiration it took from the cult film; Death Race 2000 starring the late David Carradine and Sylvester Stallone!
Extra: if you do want something recent, you could also play the sequel; Carmaggeddon II: Carpocalypse Now! which the title is based off of a gruesomely awesome movie; Apocalypse Now! Bonus points if anyone caught on the particular GTA mod where the vehicles will have a mind of their own - this was an homage to said game.
Why am I bringing all this up? Just to point out other fun avenues to play than this game. Why you're not downloading Carma 2 right now is beyond me. :p
