The comment is 3 weeks old in the meantime they switched from their own Mod Manager to nexusmods.com Vortex Manager and Vortex doesn't care if the game is pirated.
yes and no :D latest version is 0.377 with small hotfix but version uploaded is 0.376 but there was only small update in regards of issue where you were unable to sit into car if door was missing :-)
its in app data > local low > santa goat > mon bazou (mon bazou folder is the save file, when updating u dont need to move the save file all u have to do is download the game and open it, it will automatically have the save added to the new version)
There is full English support via the English interface, English audio and English subtitles!
