This is just the mosaic censored Adult Version that Japan got. The only uncensored version without the mosaics is the Steam release with the free patch applied.
This version still has mosaic censors. The normal game simply skips over the h-scenes. The uncensored, non-Steam version will be coming out some time this month on J-List, and hopefully we'll get an IGG-Games release of that version, instead. As of right now, the only uncensored version of the game available is the Steam version, with the R18+ Steam-only patch from the site applied.
Hi, how do I install the official patch to the game? I tried moving it to the steam folder but I still get the error message "Momoiro Closet is not installed". Is there a work around on this and/or does anyone have the patched files that could possibly share with me?
I can highly recommend this one. It seems like a silly little eroge, but the writing is fantastic, and explores themes of acceptance and facades that most of us can probably identify with. Not only that, but the translation is one of the better ones I've seen. The characters actually behave like people their age would, and not some weird ideal of the author that you see all the time in eroge - i.e a girl not having any idea what sex is, is completely disinterested in it, and never thinks of boys, sex, or dicks until at last confronted with the protag's magic cock that will turn her into a slavering sex-beast. But I digress, this one is really good.

The weird thing is how this is already available on sites like this when the english version hasn't been released yet. Frontwing announced last week or so that the english release was delayed and hasn't had an update since, aside from Backerkit's closing for the KickStarter campaign. The only way this wouldn't be weird is if it was actually just the trial edition, which is already free. They haven't released the 18+ patch yet, either, though.
But I digress, this one is really good.
