I'm confused, it's not a path but a flag that you enter after the .exe. Also, you can use a shortcut with a flag to make it easier/repeatable. It would look like "MilitaryIncrementalComplex.exe --rendering-driver opengl3" in command line or "MilitaryIncrementalComplex.exe" --rendering-driver opengl3 as a shortcut. Again, I had to use --rendering-driver opengl3_angle to get it to work. Hope this helps.
