Is this the windows store version or the steam version?
EDIT:Yeah it's the windows store version. Don't forget to install all the extras inside the Support folder or else the game won't run

Maybe try this, under Windows-Settings -> Region/Time/Language ->change the language there

I was not. I think the game is by default in whatever language your computer is in and I was not able to find a way to change the language yet. My advice is to wait for the steam version to come out here, in that one it should be easier to change the language
