what in the goddamn

I run the setup file, that isn't working.
I run the .exe file that isn't working too.
So how do I run this game? This has happened with several other games too. Atleast leave a note somewhere regarding such cases.
I so desperately want to play this game, but it fucking won't work.

if this game was in english, my life would be perfect
