thanks for the update I also had the problem of the cursor, disappearing after the final battle in the first part of the game, and even after the update the same problem continues but with this update you can put the game in windowed mode, so even if you don't see the cursor the cursor is actually there, you just have to put the game in windowed mode and calculate the position of your cursor in the continue button and click and you can progress ;3
and with the game the grinding, is what makes it brutal, since you really have to have all the upgrades to progress and buy extra money in some missions to have a chance. I liked the game and it one of the most difficult tower defense games I've ever played. it's a good game but with a somewhat tedious grinding.
Thank you for Update! Everything was well for first launch after update to v 1.0.37 Now fighting "internal error 0x0a protection initialization failed" (((
Hmm... Not sure if it's my potato PC or just the game...
Tutorial is borked like other said, can't progress cos the clicking detection are f-up
The borked clicking detection are f-up in the entire game (menu, combat, all of it), seems like the cursor are responding to late or something
Finished first campaign... get end screen and back to main menu button but my cursor are nowhere to be found (might be also caused by the borked click detection)
After stuck in the end screen -> force close -> Reopen -> My progress wasn't saved (final fight still not done)
If anyone have a fix/solution... Please let us know...
There is one solution - update. Devs uploaded patch on steam, should help as they said. The question is how long it gonna take to update game available here.... )))
I recall that when I first heard of this game, I responded with derision; it can be summed up with the words "Mechs that don't move".
Now, years later, I see Mechs that move as sci-fi nonsense. Even the most believable crap, namely Battletech, still resorts to so much phlebotinum to have them work ("myomer bundles" and "neurohelmets"- hah!).
As heavy weapon emplacements that can stand up and walk onto a train or transport vehicle to be planted elsewhere, Mechs make more sense.
Thank you! 4 years of waiting for final version. But there are better TD games, for example Rogue Tower or series like Bloons Tower Defense, Kingdom Rush or Plants vs. Zombies.
i change my mind this may have nice pixel graphics but the grind it's insane you will repeat same level a lot of times until you get a better equipment to finish it
Yeap, it's awful. The monster waves are too frigging dense.
The only way to move forward is to spec towards the armor piercing ammo and its range upgrade, followed by factory upgrades. Afterwards, the game becomes stupid easy, unless you have a problem with the logic puzzle of drawing a straight line such that it crosses the most number of things.
This game has balance issues.
Furthermore, I can't even finish Episode 1 because a glitch in the ending sequence removes the mouse cursor, which I need to click on the button to return to the main menu.

BTW try this TD: https://igg-games.com/variables-2-free-download.html It has a few issues but is content rich and a hell of a lot more fun than this garbage. Prepare for a learning curve though...
