There is English support via the English interface and English subtitles. FYI - For those that are wondering, "Malicious Reload", the game that is supposed to precede this game, has a Planned Release date of 2025.
For those members that may experience a problem running this game, be sure to set your Windows system locale to use Japanese for non-unicode applications (To accomplish this in Windows, go to "Control Panel" > "Clock, Language, and Region" and click on the "Change location" link. The "Region and Language" window will appear. In that window, click on the "Administrative" tab. In the "Language for non-Unicode programs" group, click on the "Change system locale..." button. The "Region and Language Settings" window will appear. If you have previously installed support for East Asian languages which includes Japanese then select "Japanese" in the "Current system locale" dropdownlist control and then click on the "OK" button. Windows may need to restart your machine. If you don't have support for East Asian Languages previously installed then you'll need to install it first from your Windows installation DVD or burned .iso on your bootable USB flash drive. Afterwards, try running the game again.
Alternatively, you can download and install Microsoft AppLocale v1.3.3 (See here for free download) to create a temporary Japanese locale under which this game can be executed.
I've never check marked the "Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support" checkbox since like it says, it's a beta feature in Windows. I would think that even if you check marked that checkbox, you would still need to select "Japanese" in the "Current system locale" dropdownlist control so that Windows knows that you specifically want to use Japanese as the locale for non-unicode support. Also, that Beta feature when checked, seems to cause a few issues with certain third party applications (See here). If you feel adventurous and try it then please let us all here know what happens. 😉
Do I really have to explain what a false positive is? The method used to crack games is similar to the method used to code m-a-l-w-a-r-e! Anti-virus programs will detect the crack as a virus and delete it, even though it isn’t! :)

I hope that all of this helps you~!
