Master Cross
It kind of seems similar to Hero's Hour, and the Heroes: Might & Magic Games. Mostly Hero's Hour, because the combat in Heroes: M&M was turn based, whereas Hero's Hour was unit number = units that sprout in combat, and is simulated.
